That’s not the comparable question, because your OP didn’t say anything about distinguishing why gay men might abstain from anal sex other than specifying that you were asking about men who were in fact sexually active with other men. I’m sure there are some gay men who abstain from anal sex for medical reasons rather than a lack of interest. ---

And I should also add that there are men (both gay and non-gay) who’d say their partner’s mouth can give them more pleasure than any other “part B.” ---
