Genetically engineering your kids.

Disclaimer: I was replying in my mind to this topic several posts back, not on any call of my name or genetic preponderance. But I am redheaded & anemic, and have learned how to solve the problems ensuing from that variation of my monkey body.

I’m all for genetic testing and manipulation, if it’s done in an equitable manner. Meaning that the technology is available to all and used in a way that allows people to make their own choices, and not to serve the designs of one paradigm of existence.

Under the current health care system in this country, I’m really wary of adding any “Genetically correct” statistics to the already weighted currency of our insurance companies.

Now, if there were a genetic marker for assholeyness, I might hop wholeheartedly on that train!
