Born in The Bronx. Raised my children in Brooklyn. Live about a mile from the Queens border now.

I was in CT, having driven over the border from RI. Never been to NYC or NY state. No real ambition to do so either.

According to Google Maps’ suggestion, the closest I have ever been to NYC is 1,936 miles.

Why no, I don’t get out much.

Stopped there on my way to Bermuda. Short stay and I must say I was impressed by the security! This was in Feb 2002 and was weird being an Aussie and not used to having Marines? at the airport.
