I suspect that some folks weren’t so sure if George W. had a heart. 😛 Glad that the doctors caught the blockage early and before a heart attack. George W. has always been so physically active with his mountain biking. He’s done a lot of work recently for wounded warriors and is expected to host a golf tournament for them in late Sept. He seems so much happier now that he’s left politics. Best wishes Mr President and get back biking soon. > **[George W. A _great many_ people are so much happier now that he’s left politics. If only his co-president had had a heart, and at least a shred of scruples. ---

I didn’t agree with a lot of the Bush admin’s policies. But we’ll never know what they might have accomplished if 9/11 had never happened. My memories of the 2000 election are vague but IIRC Bush ran on a domestic policy platform. 9/11 changed everything for the focus of his administration. Anyhow, I’m glad he’s doing ok. He’s a private citizen now and focusing on causes that he supports like Wounded Warriors.
