Georgia Democrats will likely turn out in droves with Abrams on the ballot, even in a midterm election. The main questions are whether the new GOP vote suppression efforts will overcome that energized voter base, and whether Trump will act as spoiler or motivator for Republican voters. It’s likely to be another nailbiter.
