Thanks for responding, we aim to please **Shake**. I’m really glad that you’re familiar with this classic African dish. Check around your local area. If there is a Middle Eastern or African food store in your area they will probably have fresh Injera bread. The millet flour (Teff) is the secret and the Time/Life recipe that uses Bisquick does not even approach the flavor. But you already know that if you’ve had Injera before. Bon Appetite! ---
