I rent. I think it’ll be a few years before I decide to buy anything, possibly sooner. I really don’t plan to buy a property unless I can buy more than one so I have a little variety from time to time and free mortgage payments since I’d rent out the unused property–that is the plan, at least. Have you ever been audited? ---
