Whoa. I read that as “surgical vagineer”. Rhymes with “engineer”. For all the sense that makes. But now I’m thinking that a surgeon who performs any type of vaginal operations could call themselves a _vagineer_.

“Wow, you had your hymen surgically replaced?”  
“Yeah, I just called up the vagineer…”

I read _The Godfather_ in junior high school, and a minor character in the book had what this article refers to as “vaginal tightening.” I remember my mouth dropping when I read that. **That** never made it into the movie! (I believe it was the woman that Sonny has sex with up against a door, at his sister’s wedding, which **was** in the movie.) It made her happy, anway.
