Mmmm. Looks like C:\Program Files\CopyCmdlineArgsToClipboard\CopyCmdlineArgsToClipboard.exe is perfect!

Easiest way:

Click on file  
Alt-Enter  
Highlight the path  
Ctrl-C

Done.
