# Getting ready to give birth

In my experience, Mother Nature has a great plan, here. By the time the rugrat is ready for the big move, you’re so exhausted and huge and grumpy and tired of the whole thing that _anything is better than one more day of being pregnant!!!_

You’ll do great, **autz**! Remember: it all has an ending. Every contraction you feel is one you’ll never have to feel again. And your body is road-tested and ready!
