It’s been a day! I’ve had a headache for most of it. One of my friends kept calling, I just don’t want to talk to her today. She got a new bf and she is so damned insecure. I told her she needs to go talk to somebody and fix herself before she starts dating. Sah-son got his mid term done. Now he thinks he screwed it up by not writing enough for the last question. He can’t look it up yet because this professor blocks the review until the deadline. I guess so nobody can give anybody else the questions. We got dinner on the way home, Taco Hell for him, McD’s for me because I wanted a BigMac. I should have gone to Roy Roger’s. Then I got an email from irk, bonus time again. So I’m irking extra hours tonight. I wish they would give a bit more notice. Once I get off irk the I have to straighten up a bit because the furnace man comes between 9 and 12. This past weekend we were so busy with irk and school that the house looks a mess. ---

Howdy Y’all! Home from men’s night over to the church house. Good food, good company and good beer. A good time as always. OYKW is at his place tonight cause he has a monitorin’ visit to do at six a.m., poor thing! Like he said though, don’t take a four day weekend if’n you can’t pay the price. True that! **flipper** Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce is da bomb! The only thing that tops it is Sonny’s BBQ sauce which is a regional thang. **MOOOOOOM** can tell you all about that. Everyone else, I read so yays, boos, hugs. noogies, wedgies, MWAHS, how _you_ doin’s trouts. chitlins. etc as needed all around ---

The BBQ ribs (which were boneless, I guess?) were a huge success to go along with the Arby’s curly fries and gin’jales. ekemom and I watched Wheeljep, and were rather astonished that the chick on Wheel got the bonus puzzle right. “Happy childhood”, as I recall, was the correct answer, and she did the traditional C-D-M-A thing, which helped not at all. (Though it’s hard to argue with the result). I led mah video game Flashes to an opening game demolition of Maryland by some ridiculous score like 77-10 or something. Next is North Carolina. Relaxing in bed now with my gin’jale. ekemom just had a helping of her homemade yogurt with honey. I like her yogurt too, but don’t eat it nearly as much; I prefer it with fruit, but if the fruit is still frozen, it doesn’t taste as good to me. I’m jealous that Sari has a Roy Rogers. I like that place a lot. You know what I miss, though, from growing up in Indiana? Rax, another roast-beef restaurant. Might RP a little before beddy bye. ---

Yes **MetalMouse** and\*\* Flipper\*\*, we have not one, but two, Roy Roger’s up here. One right on Rt 40 that I have to drive past on the way home. We also have a Sonic, a Ryan’s, and at least one Waffle House. If I want Gino’s I have to go to the armpit. That trip is coming. Sah-son wants to go and my mother is getting her feelings hurt. I think he should get his license then he can go without me. The next two weeks of school are going to be a bit easier so we will head down that way. I have a Dr appt down there on the 8th, so that will be another trip. I think the family party is on the 12th, so that will be another trip down, although not to the armpit. Supposedly, the invitations went out but I didn’t get one. I guess I should look at his school schedule and start figuring this stuff out. He has four finals that week, three have to be taken at the college, and three big papers due. I told him he’d better get busy on some of the big papers, two of them can be turned in early, so get them done. It looks like three of his classes take a break over Thanksgiving so that is a good time to finish up what he can early. Of course he won’t listen to me and it’ll be a mad rush to the finish line. ---

Morning mumpers! After yesterday’s commuting hell, today has been relatively quiet - caught the train I wanted to get but only because it was 3 minutes late into the station. Used the inevitable three sets of ticket barriers to get out of the station at the other end, then hung around for ages waiting for a bus out to campus. I’ve got a large cup of tea, and I’m using the uni’s power supply to charge up my MP3 player’s battery so I will have tunes in the gym tonight. Dinner was Moroccan style lamb with onion, garlic, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers, chopped tomatoes and cannelini beans. Just because I felt like it. Leftovers for lunch today too! Other than that, blurf… ---

I needed a [special storage box](http://oddmix.com/comp/px/cac_md_100floppy.jpg)\* for all the floppy disks I needed to run anything! - actually I had two like that. BLURF! ---

Happy Toosday! Up too early again, thanks bladder. Staying up since the furnace guy is coming this morning. I’ve got a load of clothes in the washer. I was heading up to take a shower and then I remember, clothes in the washer. It’s a nice, if dark, 55 degrees outside. Going up to 65, so another pretty day. Don’t know what all I’m going to do today. We’ll see what time the fg gets here and how upset I’m going to be after I get the bill. Guess I’ll get some breakfast and by then the washer should be done. ---
