This is a fascinating thread. @Digital_is_the_new_Analog , I’m glad you got some relief.
My only significant experience with dry eyes was when i tried to wear context lenses. So I stopped wearing contact lenses, and I’ve been fine ever since. I’m surprised to read of so many dry-eye sufferers in this thread who seem to wear them, though.
I guess we all have different issues.
I actually asked my specialist if it was ok to go back to wearing contacts, and he said it was fine as long as I tolerated them. I don’t wear them often, but I have a regular checkup with my regular eye doc coming up, so I probably should pop some in and decide if I want to renew that part of my rx.
That must occur when you are wearing your moderator hat. 
Lol. I mostly interact with this website on my phone, and use Swype. And I’m a crappy proofreader. So i get a lot of typos.
