Yes, Cecil has it right, you can get the film processed but not printed at most stores.

Im not sure if they printed the pictures & sold the prints to you if that constituted dealing in porno, but wouldn’t surprise me.

Yes, they were tweaking. And yes, this is a legit news story that has been reported in the mainstream (mentioned again recently in a RS article on meth).
