Caught another GHS, bigger than the last. Looks to be 8cm or more, stretched out. And stretching, he is. He’s in the Penalty Jar, and is very active trying to climb out.
The disturbing thing is that he rappelled down from the overhead. That’s how I saw him, as he passed the open white French door. I’m not fond of drop spiders. I’d have let him out, but the screen door is balky. I’ll try to remember to let him go before I turn in.
I can beat that. My home does not have sheetrock walls, instead it is all tongue and groove pine with crown molding. So, with a groove every six inches there is a little tunnel under the molding to the attic. Perfectly spider-sized (if they squeeze).
