By accident I came accorss a site in which there was a photo of a guy with a penis so big, it was basicly the size of his forarm. He could barely wrap his fingers around it. I was sure it was just a fake, but apon further inspection, I concluded it looked so real, and was seen from so many angles that it must be real. So why did this normal guy have such a “uselessly large” unit. Basicly this guy looked like he would have to pass out if he got an erection due to blood rushing out of his body and into his penis. It must be a curse for him. So I am writing this cause I worry about this guy. SOmebody out there tell me that its his fault casue he ate too many “Extenze” tablets or did some method to increase size too much. However, I did read on this forum that penis pills are a fake even though im watching an infomercial for Extenze tablets right now. Anybody out there using these that actualy worked for you. I just want to sleep bettr at night. Sorry, but I refuse to spell check and Im dislexic so if it bothers you that bad dont read my posts. ---

**fishquail** , its very likely a normal deviation, meaning, most men get about the same amount, but some get short changed, others, like your example, get more than necessary. There are no magical pills or machine that will increase the amount of erectile tissue one is born with. Don’t worry about him, his body will have compensated for the amount of blood needed. ---

I think a direct link would be frowned upon by the mods. As I understand it, there are cosmetic procedures that involve the injection of collagen or the implantation of silicone that can result in something like the OP is describing; there’s also Photoshop. ---

I’m wondering if they do penis reductions? And if they tried to on a guy with a forearm-sized penis, would he bleed to death on the operating table? Questions questions. ---

Common psychological side effects are often unpredictable, often involving gynephobia, gymnophobia and/or eurotophobia, and are only treatable with heavy medication for extended periods afterwards. The technique mostly involves nude photos of Rosie O’ Donnel. ~ ---

Whatever penis size really means to anyone here… the vaginal canal is only so big, so you being bigger than that isn’t really a pleasure, but a pain… literally. So this story of this guys big penis is utterly lost… unless it alternatively entertains some males in reflect… ---

I recall reading on Fleshbot, some sort of niche fetish where guys were injecting silicon into their penis and/or balls. This wouldn’t help in the length department, but the girth was increased. It looked like in most cases they guys were going overboard to the point that they looked unusable. ---
