In addition to the “Hung Far Low” already mentioned, there’s also a “Lung Fung” in nearby St. Helens–I keep hoping it’s not next to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation offices… Not a restaurant, but I keep seeing trucks for a local concrete cutting company–it’s called simply “Penetrations,” and the logo is in bright pink, puffy style letters. It’s a little disturbing sometimes. ---

If your name is Sam and your wife’s name is Ella, you’re best off not naming the family-run restaurant after yourselves. ---

The company put up steel buildings like dairy barns and so on. The company’s name was P&L Steel Erections, Inc. My wife would ask me each day when I came home from work whether I brought any home with me.
