It’s interesting how we are all so different, isn’t? I was ready for sex in my last trimester practically all the time. At the time my husband then (now ex) was very game, also. Orgasms can be incredibly intense when pregnant.

I don’t know if this is so obvious, but if she keeps her knees together in the doggie position, and you have your knees on the outside, that pretty much takes care of the height issue. The farther out the man’s knees are, the shorter he becomes, and the woman doesn’t have to arch, she can just relax her head/chest on a pillow and with her knees more under her it’s hardly any effort. I think it’s easier than trying to keep knees perched on pillows. Though with the bed lower, being able to stand might be the answer, too.
