I am on vacation in Thailand now. Thailand is sunny and about 90 degrees, and I am sitting here drinking a cold beer, escaping the HEAT! Very nice. My complaint are these girls that I see traveling. They do two things that I find stupid at best and gross at worst. First is the piercing and tattooing. Especially the tattoo bit. Why do they see the need to look like sailors? Is it sexy? I dont think it is. My second annoyance is the girls who for some reason have to show the world their bellies. The clothing is different but the staus thing is to show gut. Why? I’m sorry to report that 70-80 percent of these gals would do better to have a full shirt on. They are not firm, some are flabby. They are doing this to say “Look at me, I am fashionable! Tee Hee Hee” Girls, unless your stomach is flat as Nebraska or look like Brittany Spears, wear a damn shirt that fits! ---

Actually, a little bit of belly is quite sexy, IMO. Flat is certainly appealing, but a little bit of flesh squeezing out over the belt line (or wherever really) kind of renders me, um, tumescent, I think is the word. There is an upper limit, but I likes me some curviness. ---

I don’t really notice when I show my stomach. I’m rather skinny but tall, so I wear small shirts and a lot of the time they _just_ touch the tops of my pants, so my stomach shows quite often. I don’t have a piercing or anything though so its not like I’m trying to show off. It just happens, and thats just me. ---

I’m in agreement with the op on the tatoo thing (and the belly thing, but only to an extent on the belly thing.) I don’t see why people (not just ladies) like to show off their tatoos. I’ve got three myself, but they’re all descretely placed about my person (in between my shoulderblades, on my left and right arms (right under the shoulder)). I’ve been asked to show them but I don’t do so unless asked (or if something involving no shirt is…um…involved.) I don’t see why folks like to show off these pseudo-tribal inkings. They are neither artistic, nor creative. The crap on the back of your neck is the same crap that the other guy (or lady) three tables down has on the back of THEIR neck. As far as the belly thing, well, suffice it to say that some folks (again, not just ladies) need to wear shirts that cover their guts (plural emphasised.) ---

I am only 5 feet tall, and I have a long body and short legs. Even if I buy a t-shirt that fits me in the dressing room, I wash it once (YES in cold water, YES sometimes even by hand), and it gets too short for me. If I ever want to wear a t-shirt twice, I have two choices: 1) wear Urkel pants. 2) Show a little belly. Unless, of course, you feel like giving me a lifetime supply of free t-shirts. ---

Do you know what I find disagreeable? Its stuffy, uptight dildos who spend their vacation time in Thailand sitting grumpily over a beer on the Koh San Road moodily eyeballing the loveley young, care free woman having the time of their lives while mentally preparing a rant to post on a message board.
