OK, she dumps me out of the blue for another guy. Then proceeds to tell me to “let it go” when I ask about whats going on. So now…she realizes that she has left a few items of clothing and a curling iron at my house. I just got an email “I need to get my stuff back that I left at your house. Can you bring it in to work or something?” I want to say hellllll no…what do you think I should do? ---

Give it back, but don’t go out of your way to. She knows where you live. Have her come pick it up. ---

Not really. Just have everything in a box ready to go so that when she comes by to pick it up you just hand it to her. Don’t even let her into your place. Just “Here you go” and then “Bye”. ---

Agreed. “I’ve looked around and found all the stuff you left over here. It’s in a box on the back porch if you want to come get it. If not, please let me know so I can get rid of it.” Short, to the point, and you’ve put the ball in her court. ---

Ok, against all that I had imagined, I went the mature route and told her “Ok, let me know when you want to come get it” Where are all the bitter single guys!!! We must stick together haha. Just kidding. She wasnt for me but oh so fun…Ill miss a few things but c’est la vie! ---

As a former bitter-ex myself… I’d say to definitely put her stuff into a box and have her come and fetch it. But don’t leave it outside for her to pick. You know, where it’d be most convenient for her to see… …out near the curb …on trash day. Oh no…_don’t_ do that. ---

I think either option would be perfectly OK: Option #1: Box the stuff and leave it on the porch for her to pick up. Then post naked pictures of her on the internet. Option #2: Bring the stuff into work to give to her. Then post naked pictures of her on the internet. If you are feeling really angry with her and just want to be a jerk, you could throw away her stuff. Then post naked pictures of her on the internet. But, that would be mean. 😉 ---
