They indeed do it every night. I got my _Bullshit!_ DVD signed by them at the end of the show when I went this past summer. I find it pretty amazing that they stick around after every show until every fan gets an autograph or whatever.

I can similarly UN-recommend Batali’s steakhouse in the Palazzo, called CarneVino. The prices are ridiculously inflated for food that is barely mediocre. The pushy, upselling waiter was really just icing on the cake. I doubt we will ever patronize a Batali establishment again.
