[Cinnamon Blueberry French Toast](https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/pressure-cooker-cinnamon-blueberry-french-toast/) came across my FB feed a couple of weeks ago and I made up a batch last weekend.

Turned out great even though I did screw up and not put foil on the dish.

For Indian (there are others too) recipes, check out [Sizzlingpots.com](http://Sizzlingpots.com)

Its is run by a very dear friend of mine and she is an incredible cook. She runs cooking classes online and is an advance tester for the Instapot people.

Here’s the [macaroni](https://www.foodiecrush.com/instant-pot-macaroni-and-cheese-five-ways/) recipe I use. I use shredded sharp cheddar as the primary cheese, and smoked gouda as the secondary.
