Neutron Star almost all of those slangs are also used in my area. I"m in Mississippi. A few more are:
loaded=stoned
done=methadone
wafer=methadone
“that bitch”=crystal
beans=tabs=x=mdma
footballs=blue xanax 1 mg
caps=shrooms=mushrooms
lb=pound of weed
p=pound of weed
nugs= fire weed
10’S= lortabs
dirt=shitty weed
gar=cigar for a blunt
rock or hard= crack
blazed= high on weed
white=coke
junt= fat joint
e=ectascy

I knew people in college who used Vitamin E for ecstacy and Vitamin A for acid, and talking about drugs in general was always “vitamins” over the phone.

My ex’s friends were ALWAYS smoking pot, so whenever he called them up and asked them what they were doing, the response was usually, "Oh, you know, just **chillin’**"
That being said, all you current or former slaves of the siren will empathize with this one - had a conversation once with a fellow former partner (Starbucks employee) about how caffeine is actually a class-four narcotic. What we came up with?
**Barista** : Italian for class-four narcotics dealer. Officially sanctioned term of evil coffee empire!

Triple C and SKittles are slang for the cough syrup & pills people around here are using to get high cheap now. But where I grew up it was marijuana, marijuana, marijuana. Seriously, in a small town, when there’s nothing else to do, you’d be shocked at the amount of people who grow it in thier backyard. It was so common dealers didn’t even charge for it. They just gave it away to whoever asked. But there weren’t any wild names for it, just the usual pot, reefer, grass, weed, whatever.
