Anyone got a special recipe for lambs fry? I bought one today and apart from cooking it with bacon and onion etc was trying to think of something different.

In case anyone is confused here he is talking about the lamb’s heart, lungs and liver.

My favorite recipe for this is called “Haggis.” There are a lot of recipes for it online. [Here](http://www.smart.net/~tak/haggis.html) is a good place to start.

Sorry, may be a difference in interpreatation or definitions. Just the liver. Thanks Argent- I should have been more specific.
