The colors seem to imply Russian uniforms, but the Soviet military favored those incredibly stupid looking hats [http://z.about.com/d/goeasteurope/1/0/b/4/-/-/IMG\_0084.jpg](http://z.about.com/d/goeasteurope/1/0/b/4/-/-/IMG_0084.jpg) But nobody else thinks the hat doesn’t fit? OK, I’m cutting back on huffing kerosene, starting tomorrow… ---

And no, it doesn’t fit. He looks like he’s trying for goofy, but goofy only works when goofy is your shtick. ---
