The Mancow comparison is spot on, but most other morning DJs I’ve heard, when they talk about politics, mainly just poke fun at certain politicians’ foibles or gripe about whatever antics Congress may be up to at the moment. Broad assertions, to be sure, but not mean-spirited and not really pushing forth an ideology. Your typical morning drive time host will make jokes about Obama, but they’re probably not going to call him a racist and/or commie. ---

The hand in the middle is holding something that looks exactly like my electric meter!! Prescient, eh? I know, I know… I watched 3:45 of Beck before I ran screaming for the brain bleach. But I suspect it still caused me more permanent damage than I got from all those yellow acid tabs… ---

Anybody notice in that video when he addresses his audience he says, “You, or your wife,”? I can’t decide if that’s chauvinist, sexist, or if he just knows his audience _that_ well. ---

He expects to stir up outrage over _Let Us Beat Swords Into Ploughshares_ in the U.N. collection? I thought that his audience was all about public monuments that reference [scripture](http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Isaiah+2:4&version=KJV). How strange. ---

Note that he rails against the swords/ploughshares statue being at the UN but has no problem with it being on his desk. The whole thing is about forging peace out of war. World peace. End of war. What terribly communist sentiments. ---

I always love the claims that the world’s biggest Capitalists, the ones with the most to lose under Communism, are secretly Communists, seeking to force it upon the rest of us.
