# Global Warming data:  Hack or Leak?

That’s a source of confusion, there is an English version, very similarly named.

I already did.

To clarify, I agree that the investigation that points to the emails to come from a central backup or servers was very good. But the writer then switches to “possibilities” just before his conclusion, that leads me to a different conclusion, it is also likely that that email server setup simplified the hacker’s task.

True, but the [Freedom of Information Act 2000](http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2000/ukpga_20000036_en_1) is a UK law.
