Where can I find the global warming report referred to in this article?

A transcript of Susan Solomon’s presentation would be useful too; where can I get that?

I distinctly remember her saying something very close to “It is very likely that human activity has caused a discernable difference in the climate.” I just want to make sure I have the quote correct, and I have the documents for my own reading.

Its probably that everyone is so tired of the Government’s continuous cry about how something terrible is going to happen, but we shouldn’t worry because they will save us. All we have to do is keep sending them more money.
