I’m ashamed to admit that there are times I’m tempted to kick my Westie\* down the stairs. However, this time, I’d GLADLY sic her on this guy. \*[sub]She’s very stubborn, very smart, and VERY dominant. Very sweet, but also a pain in the ass[/sub] ---

The excuse he gave was idiotic. But how do his actions differ from shooting a deer for sport? It was someone’s pet, I guess - destruction of property. But aggravated cruelty to animals? I don’t get it. Flame me away to hell. ---

They want the deer or other animal to go down without knowing what killed it, without feeling more than momentary pain. This guy, though, was intent on inflicting a lot of pain on the dog. I’m not a hunter, but my husband does hunt, and he’s come home many times saying that he saw a deer, but he couldn’t be sure of a clean kill, so he didn’t shoot. ---

Chasing a wounded deer for a mile blows as well. Not as much as hauling it back though. ---
