More Googling attributes it to this blog from at least six years ago: [rlnn.com](http://www.rlnn.com/ArtMay07/OPNeverRegretAnythingMakesYouSmile.html) . The webpage appears to be abandoned now.

But it’s not Mark Twain. Hope that helps.
