A relative of mine has recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and forced to switch to a gluten free diet. This is of course a major adjustment. Can any dopers recomment a good source for gluten free recipes? Google gives me lots of options but I have no way of knowing which ones are good and which are crap.

Try [Celiac Disease Foundation](http://www.celiac.org) and [Gluten-Free Foods Online](http://www.glutenfree.com). Both these sites have given me good starting information.
