# Gmail sending blank emails

This problem started maybe a couple of weeks ago.

Once in a while I’ll send out an email and the recipient will answer back asking why I sent a blank message. This has only happened with a couple of people. I’m pretty sure that both of them are replying from cell phones. One of them uses a Blackberry. The thing is, other people have never gotten this problem from me, and they sometimes use their phones too.

I googled around a bit, and Gmail acknowledges the problem and suggests using something other than IE for a browser. So I downloaded Firefox and problem solved – until last night. Then I got the same thing.

Some google hits show that a lot of people get this while posting from home but not from work. That’s my experience as well.

FWIW, work is XP, home is Windows 7.
