I automated a previously manual process at work, performing 6 months worth of tedious work in 1 hour. 12000 hours and 420,000 dollars saved. My coworkers love me. ---

I won twenty cents at the CrazyPoker $100 freeroll Saturday night - 101st out of 2860, and it took less than two hours! A few weeks back, I took second out of 2892 for $11! On a (perhaps) more serious note, I graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois (many years ago). That was pretty cool. ---

**Brag on my children** : Both my older ones got all A’s and 1 B apiece. Quite an accomplishment considering there was a non-homework-doing fueled F earlier in the year. :mad: 🆒 **Brag on me:** I was recently compared to Grace Kelly, favorably. (No, I don’t look like her. Yes, I’ve been living on it for three days now.) ---

Brag: I just [started a thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=521290) to say that my diploma arrived. I got my BA in fine art, summa cum laude, straight A’s. Woohoo! Brag: I got married! The wedding was fabulous, the reception was a ton of fun (I will post a thread later when I have pics up). Brag: I went on a honeymoon cruise and won over $5000 playing Bingo. Yay! ---

I graduated with honors a week and a half ago. There were times when I thought I couldn’t do it. I did it! Mom was so proud. Associate’s degree down, and I’ll return to school in the fall to keep on keeping on. ---

Oh yeah, and 2 days before the wedding, my husband officially became a doctor. Dr. Dan! Woohoo! I knew he could do it! It seemed like it was forever in the future 4 years ago when he started school, but he finished! He’s in Boston right now (well, Framingham) and his residency training officially started…_checks clock_…6 minutes ago. ---

I was quite proud of my boys’ academic performance this year. The third grader received all A’s in the second semester, and this was with a modified curriculum for gifted and talented students. I had to have a talk with the 1st grader though, because he only got 1 A, …the rest were all A+'s. He’s been picked to join the gifted and talented program also for next year. They both were also picked to play on their respective little league all-star teams. Good kids I tell Ya. ---

I’m a young’un, but my brag is that I graduated from high school! I’ve had all A’s for the past two years and only two B+'s overall. I’m headed for a university that was among my top choices (didn’t make it into an Ivy, but who cares?) and which will take me far from home, and I’m looking forward to being able to delve further into my favorite subjects and be more independent. ---
