To the tiny screw that broke off in my glasses: Why? Why did you have to break? Do you find it FUN to break and causing a lens to fall out and then me having to twist out your remains with a pair of dull tweezers? Well I certainly did NOT. Now I have to go to the optical department of Price Club and get my glasses fixed. And when I get home, I’m going to fucking beat you with a hammer until you’re reduced to your own basic elements! Now I must wear an old pair of glasses that have a weaker prescription. And the screws never broke on those! Go to fucking metal fastener Hell you ass nugget,spawn of satan screw!:mad: ---

I was,I clean them everyday,etc. I woke up this morning put them on _pop_ the screw broke and the lens fell out. The screw head broke off of the shaft. Its nothing major,but very annoying because my old glasses are weaker and I have a hard time seeing. Thank God school didn’t start yet or I would be screwed. Who saw that one coming?😃 ---

As a speccy twat myself, I sympathise. At least your spare glasses aren’t prescription sunglasses. I once broke my glasses in a dance-related incident. I had the choice of wearing no glasses, which made everything very fuzzy indeed, or wearing the prescription shades, which made me look like Wayne Hussey. By day, I went the Hussey route; by night I alternated the two. Glasses off for the broader picture, shades for a dim view of the details. ---
