A bit of humor to lighten up your day, prompted by ghoti’s posting of Anselm’s Ontological Argument on LBMB: The ontological argument for the _non_existence of God is the best argument for the nonexistence of God which could possibly exist- one _cannot even imagine_ a better argument for blowing away theism. And, of course, an argument which exists is better than one that does not exist- no one is going to be convinced by a nonexistent argument! So clearly the ultimate proof of the nonexistence of God must exist. We don’t know the details of the argument, but we know that it’s out there, and that it’s impossible to refute it, and that, gentle readers, all one needs in order to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that God does not exist. -Ben ---

Proof that God does not exist. Let n = 1. This is the unit, indivisible. If this is all there is, there can be nothing else; hence, there can be no God. Now suppose God does not exist for n = N, some positive integer. Then consider the case N+1, where one unit has been added to N. If this one thing is not God, then God does not exist for N+1, and the proof is done. But if this one thing IS God, then God would be limited by the constricting factor N, where He doesn’t exist. But God being limited is a contradiction, so there is no God for N+1. Hence, we have proved the non-existence of God by mathematical induction. Can I have another Bloody Mary, please? ---
