I probably shouldn’t weigh in here … [giggle] … 63] The health care provider sector of the US economy … under the ACA … has had robust profits these past six years … this is something of one of the bigger sectors in our economy right now and thus has some political power … which they use to maintain these robust profits … it’s the capitalist way … 98] Republicans have held control of both houses of Congress during these six years of robust profits … the Republicans who hold this power haven’t been able to even pass a bill to repealing the ACA … which would potentially crash the robust profits the health care provider sector of the economy … in spite of the Republicans screaming at the top of their lungs that’s what they’re going to do … So, I honestly think we have better than a 5% inconsistency between what Republican Leadership says and what they do … and this opens the door for some serious Crackpotism … I know how disapproving everyone here is on this kind of bullshit … and I know some thoughts outside the box really should stay outside the box … but here it goes, take it for what it’s worth and don’t be afraid to consider the source … _ **Republicans are lying …** _ There … I said it … flame away … ---

Years from now, I plan to visit your launch facilities much the same way I just toured the ruins of a Roman fort in northern England this past summer. Part of the Superman mythos is that the rocket carrying the infant orphan Kal-El lands in the American heartland (specifically Kansas since 1986 or so) where he is adopted by a human couple who impart in him a strong moral center. It saddens me a little to realize that if such an infant landed in Kansas now, he is extremely unlikely to develop into a champion of truth and justice, but rather an “American way” forged out of hatred, fear and fascism. Earth would be far better off if he lands near a coastal urban area, if he must land in the U.S. at all. ---
