Every fucking week! I’m goddamn sick of it! Its fucking bad enough that I was actually rooting for motherfucking UCLA (I used mouthwash afterword), but those incompetant assfuckers let those bastard cocksuckers snatch victory from the jaws of defeat yet again! Every Goddamn week they are beat and yet come away with a victory. Goddammit I hate them! Goddammit I hate to see them win. Especially like that! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: That is all. (unless that fucker wins the Heisman, then I’ll really get mad!) ---

I’ve gotten a pretty healthy dislike for Charlie Weiss. By the way, do they pay him in Twinkies? The NBC announcers can’t decide if Weiss walks on water or parts the sea. So yet another team chokes one up for the Golden Heads. They’re more lucky than good in my book. But I don’t care, I just want to point out that\*\* Michigan State\*\* finally found their heart in Evanston, coming back from 38-3 to break the Division 1A comeback record! ---

I know what ya’ mean! I’ve seen more of that kind of crap this year than in the past five years combined. And not just Notre Dame! Take Southern Cal for instance: Those lucky bastards have had their butts kicked all over the field for the last three or four games, then some fluke-ass thing happens in the last couple of minutes that lets 'em win. Maybe when ND plays USC they’ll name it the “Lucky-Fuck Bowl”. ---

Confessions of a Lascivious Football Fan: I’ve been following ND’s games partly because their receiver, Jeff Samardzija, is _such_ a hottie. (And did he sure had a great game today.) When his athletic career is over, he should consider going to Hollywood (or at least do _Playgirl_). In case any of you were wondering, the surname is Croatian. Between this guy and Goran Visjnic (the hunky-yet-sensitive-and-romantic substitute for George Clooney on **ER** ), I may just have to move to the Balkans. 😃 ---

Not only do they get all the attention even when they’re not good, they’ve got that fucking contract with NBC. Further, they steal the Big East’s bowl bids. Even more, they’re part of the Big East for basketball but not for football. I’ve been saying we kick them out of basketball for a long time unless they join for football. And finally, I can never tell if the announcers are saying Charlie Weiss or Jesus Christ. Fuck Notre Dame. ---

[/QUOTE] Not exactly sure what constitutes having one’s butt kicked all over the field, but other than in the first quarter of a few games (basically when their opponent scores first), USC hasn’t trailed an opponent **all season**. There may have been things in the fourth quarter of games that let them not lose, but it’s not like they’ve had to stage a miracle comeback or anything. ---

I’m a Notre Dame hater, but next to Cal, they’re my new favorite team. Hopefully one of those two will knock off USC, which along with the inevitable loss by either Michigan or Ohio State, puts my beloved Mountaineers into the national title game picture. ---

I went to highschool on the Southwest Side of Chicago, and pretty much half the student body seemed to be vocal Notre Dame fans. I have never in my life come across more obnixous, annoying sports fans. Then again, this was in high school, remember, so they’re probably more obnixious and annoying than normal. And I fucking hate that stupid “Touchdown Jesus.” Once of my fondest memories of college was shooting the Notre Dame-Northwestern football game in '95, when Northwestern beat Notre Dame on their home turf 17-15 in front of 60,000 people. God, was that cathartic. ---

Struggle? I didn’t see much of a struggle. Wazzoo St got away with a blatant offensive pass interference on the last drive, was the only thing that made the game seem like it could have gone either way. The Huskers _lose_ the Mizzou game 999 bounces out of a 1000 on that desperation pass. For the record, I think a split title was the appropriate end to that season, and only wish that a real championship could have been settled on the field.
