Another germ-fighting tip that seems to work. Take saline nose spray with you and use it on the flight. You can keep everything better moisturized in the dry airline air and that allegedly keeps germs from getting to you as easily.

I used to catch stuff on planes every single time. Got this tip from someone who flew a lot. Haven’t been sick soon after a flight ever since.
