# Going back to work when you know you're boss is pissed

Things ended up being okay. I brought him Starbucks, said, “I feel bad about this morning.” He said, “we’re cool” and enjoyed his Starbucks.

He made a mistake and got called on it, I don’t see the problem. At least you did it in a joking manner. People no matter the position usually don’t like being called out on this sort of thing but that’s part of the deal of being a boss.

Don’t worry about it. But if you want to clear the air have a little chat relaying you meant no offense.

I have a boss that likes to question her superiors all the time, but can’t stand it when we question her when she’s wrong. She’s wrong a lot. She has no interest in how we do our work but wants to instruct us on how to do it all the time. When we point out it’s not going to work for this reason or that, she turns into dragon lady.

She’s one bag’o crazy.
