**Fotosbyfrank** , I am also a big fan of Caymus Conundrum and others from Aussieland. I particularly enjoy Rosemount Shiraz. I’m also partial to anything French or Italian. I have been thinking about trying some Argentinian reds. Anyone had those before? ---

Hey, no one’s mentioned ricotta, the cheese that’s sure to please! Imagine! You can have canneloni for dinner and then cannoli for dessert. What a versitile and tasty fromage! Several people mentioned Tillamook cheeses. Tillamook also makes great ice cream. Today, I had to choose between caramel pecan and strawberry. It was close but strawberry won out. Oh yeah. In America Erdnusscreme is known as Peanutbutter and is enjoyed on bread with, for example, CHEESE (This is the first thing they can think of CHEESE?!?!), Marmelade (okay that can also be Jelly, I accept that), honey, or plain.
