# Going to Nova Scotia for the first time

I visited Gros Morne park around the middle of May. When I got to one trail head to go for a hike, I found a big wall of snow in front of me.

As I drove around the Cabot Highway, I pulled off at a rest stop to use the washroom (trying to keep it Canadian here). The snow around there had just melted and I had to wade through about five inches of really cold water.
