Good God, I hurt

Repeated trips around the sun will result in massive radiation exposure. I’m just sayin’ that if you are in fact an interstellar traveller, arthritis is gonna be low on the list.

I’m just freshly 46. Not too many aches and pains. If I didn’t have 24/7 chronic pain from a broken back 8 years ago, I wouldn’t have much to complain about at all for 28 years of physical labor hauling camera gear around.

You’re a vet. You are owed good medical care and I hope you take full advantage of it. Best of luck,

Yes, you did and yes, I will. <Ruby takes back her > You should also know that the ,missy remark made me smile

I don’t know you from Adam, but could you also be having some depression? I know that when I’m depressed, my body feels bad all over. As others have said, if you’re currently in the military, get the fixable stuff fixed and then you can focus on the rest.

Good luck to you and thank you for your service.

At 22, I was in pretty bad shape in terms of little aches and pains. I had chronic knee pain - cartilage inflamation and general weakness due to a ruptured ACL. That was the worst of it, but there were always a few other little things to keep me in regular visits with the trainer (muscle strains, sore ankles, etc.). The good news is that at 35, I’ve never felt better. I was surprised to realize that the other day.
