# Good in the kitchen or good in the garage -- Which is more important to a partner?

I chose The Fixer too. I’m reasonably decent at both cooking and fixing, but a guy who is really handy? Sounds great. And we can eat out on the money saved by having him fix things we’d otherwise pay to have repaired.

The Cook. It’s a lot easier to pay someone to come fix things than to come cook on a regular basis. Left to my own means, it’s varieties of sandwiches, salads and pastas. It might keep me alive, but I can’t argue it’s the best balanced diet. Not to mention the lack of gourmet quality!
