# Good, moderately priced Champagne/Sparkling wine?

Oh my! Next year, I’m partying with Shib and his parents.

So far, it’s 11:05 and we’ve had the Pommery, the Bollinger, and we’re on to the Schramsburg. So far, the Bollinger is my favorite - creamy, big, and lovely. Huh. That sound pornographic.

Exactly. I love California sparkling wine and Spanish Cava (I went to Beverages and More today to get some Piper Sonoma). But I generally avoid sparkling wine that calls itself Champagne but isn’t.
