Wow, Lucky, I hope the project works out. What a blessing for the people there. My good news: My lung infection is clearing up nicely – one abscess is gone, the other is down to about 1/4 of its former size – and I may be able to get off these damn IV antibiotics in another week! Not spending three hours a day hooked up to an IV is definitely a happy prospect. And being able to go to work like everybody else, of course 😛 Catrandom ---

Well ::sigh:: I’ll give this another try. Today I went outlet shopping with an old friend and found a dress that wasn’t too expensive and I didn’t hate too much. Had a decent margarita for lunch. But then I went to another store and tried on a pair of jeans that were even a size bigger than my usual size and they were STILL too small and the zipper broke and I almost had a panic attack in the dressing room because I thought I’d be trapped in the jeans and when I finally got out of them I was so horrified that I didn’t say anything and just shoved them back on the shelf and now I’m going to burn in hell – oh, God why WHY **WHY**? ::runs from the room sobbing:: * * * Love stinks! Poor voguevixen! The busted jeans were obviously defective, so they couldn’t have made you buy them anyway. Even if they were really tight, the zipper shouldn’t have broken on a single attempt to get 'em on. And don’t worry about the size thing, either; women’s sizes are labeled completely arbitrarilyy, as far as I can tell. I have “size 18” clothes that are too big, too small and just fine. Well, this isn’t anything anyone else would like, but I got a part time job with the library. I’m going to be a shelver there. 😃 It’s great for me cause I love reading and being around books and I loved being a shelver when I was a freshman in high school.
