Does anyone use a site or a program to count the calories in homemade recipes that you would recommend? I’m trying some new cooking styles and methods and would like to be able to tinker with the calories and nutritional information, and that’s easier when I can track it well.

I use [My Fitness Pal](http://www.myfitnesspal.com/). It has a recipe thing like you said, and a database where you can look up restaurant foods, etc.

Edit: Also they have a smartphone app that’s really easy to use, too.

Thank you. I’m playing around with it now.

I’m a SparkPeople person, so I use SparkRecipes. It works well enough.

2nd the SparkRecipes - it’s a pretty flexible recipe builder. That said, it’s got kind of a double data entry thing going on that puts me off, but I deal with it.
