I was watching the music video for **Journey** ’s _Separate Ways_ and was absolutely mesmerized by the drummer’s… body language during the first verse. First, he looks like he’s kind of struggling just to retain balance. That’s nothing. The drummer for Live in the clip for “I Alone” - that’s the guy without the drums - spends the clip stomping around in the background in a vaguely threatening manner for no goddam reason. The original black-and-white video for Adriano Celentano’s “Prisencolinensinainciusol” has some of the goofiest synchronized dance moves I’ve seen from professional dancers. Unfortunately, I can’t find the video to post here—I can only presume that whoever holds the copyright has been very diligent in removing all traces of it from the Web. (It’s easy to find a later performance filmed in colour, but this has the cast sitting at school desks, and so has little or no dancing.) ---
