I noticed today a $1.00 charge to a credit card that is identified only as Google Adwords. Perhaps I’ve been mistaken, but I had thought it was business proprietors who pay the freight for those. Was I wrong? ---

Because when you do, Google charges your debit card a $1 to ensure it’s a real account. They reverse the charge the next day. Of course, you said credit card, so this may not apply. ---

Well I cancelled that card, so I guess if it’s something that Google feels is legitimate I’ll hear more details eventually.
