Somehow I goofed and have an adsense account under an email address I no longer use. I need to cancel it entirely so I can sign up under my main email but I can’t see how to do this. Does anyone have an email address at Google I can contact? ---

Is it actually necessary to cancel? I don’t think Google will know (or, probably, care) if you have more than one AdSense account, especially if one of them is not being used. ---

Yes in my case it is necessary to cancel because they will not allow me to open one with “email address one” because “email address two” has one. When I try to log in with “email address two” it says there is no ad-sense account
