# GoogleMap Shows the Fronts of People's Houses!!

Another vote for using street view and birds-eye view to vet apartments. We used both of them to screen neighborhoods and apartments from California before moving to Massachusetts last summer. On the apartment we eventually did rent, the listing did not specify the exact address, but from the picture from the interior and of the backyard I was able to figure out which building it was. This has been my favorite apartment and favorite building ever.

The OP’s link is very close to where my son lives. Very very very close. Like, less than a mile!

MapJack has a great view of Half Dome but I can’t figure out how to link to it.
