I have enough knowledge of mental health issues to know that patronising people suffering them is pretty nasty behaviour. Specifically talking about dementia, whilst you are correct that it won’t go away or get better long term, on a day-to-day basis it’s quite variable, and **Quasi** is well aware of this. The problem here is not that, at his worst, he threatened **mhendo** , it’s that in a lucid period he continued to insult him, and that people are defending _that_ purely because of his illness. ---
